How to claim it
- Email hello@addvo.ad within 14 days of your pack being delivered. Replying to your delivery email works too.
- Tell us the pack missed.
- We refund the full $50 to the card you paid with. You keep all 25 ads, the research, the carousel and everything else in the pack.
Refunds go back through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
The guarantee is one per store domain, the same as the one-pack-per-brand rule.
Not quite right? A free remake first, if you want one
Every ad gets one free remake. Tell us in a line what's off and we'll make it again. A remake doesn't use up your guarantee: if the pack still misses, you can still ask for the $50 back within the 14 days.
Day 14: keep it as credit, or ask for it back
The refund window and the credit end on the same day, 14 days after delivery. After day 14 the ads are still yours; only the credit ends.
Using the $50 credit toward a plan means you're keeping the pack, so it can't also be refunded.
A second pack for the same brand
It's one pack per brand. If a second pack is bought for a brand that already has one, we refund that payment in full automatically and send no second pack.
Price
Launch price: $50. Goes to $150 on January 29, 2027, so that's 66% off while the launch lasts. The guarantee refunds what you paid.
Plans (Solo, Growth, Agency)
- Cancel any time in the billing portal (the Billing page in the app opens it). Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep what you paid for: your plan and credits work until the end of that period, then billing stops.
- No refunds for part of a period. Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't refund the current month, or the current 3 months if you pay every 3 months.
- Credits aren't refundable. That covers plan credits, founding bonus credits and top-ups. Instead, every ad gets one free remake, and editing text yourself is always free.
- Failed jobs cost nothing. If a job fails, its credits come back to your balance automatically.
- Paying every 3 months follows the same rules: it's billed every 3 months in advance, cancelling stops the next 3-month charge, and the current 3 months aren't refunded.
- Changing plans: an upgrade starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of your current period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, so there's nothing to refund.
- Top-ups are one-time purchases and aren't refundable. They last 12 months from purchase, and you need an active plan to use them.
If we charge you by mistake
If you're charged twice or charged for something you didn't buy, email us and we'll refund the mistake in full.
Before you file a chargeback
Please email us first. Most problems are fixed with one reply, and a refund from us is faster than a bank dispute. A chargeback freezes the account.
