ADDVO is run by Grand Heron Consumer Goods LLC, 8401 Mayland Dr, Ste A, Richmond, VA 23294. For anything about your data, email hello@addvo.ad.
2. What we collect
Your account
- Your email address, when your account was created and when you last logged in.
- Your IP address, used to limit login attempts and kept in our security log.
- Your plan, credit balance and credit history.
Billing
- Stripe takes your payment. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches ADDVO.
- From Stripe we get your Stripe customer ID, your plan, whether payments went through, and invoice records.
- When you buy the Ad Pack, Stripe passes us your email and the store or product URL you typed at checkout.
Your brand
- Your store URL, and what we read from public web pages to research your brand: your product pages, your reviews, and your competitors' public reviews.
- Your logo and product photos, copied from your site or uploaded by you, and the brand details you confirm in the app.
- Public reviews can show a reviewer's display name. We use review text only to find ad angles. We never contact reviewers.
What you make and upload
- Your ads, edits, notes, text swaps and the requests you send.
- Ads Manager exports you upload (CSV files with ad names, spend, impressions, clicks, purchases and revenue). Please don't upload files that contain your own customers' personal details.
- Emails you send us.
On this website
The sales site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its 3D code from jsDelivr, so those services see your IP address when the page loads, as with any web request.
3. Why we use it
- To log you in, keep your account secure and stop abuse.
- To research your brand and make your ads.
- To bill you, apply your Ad Pack credit, and run the refund and one-pack-per-brand checks.
- To email you about your account: login codes, deliveries, billing, and a few follow-up emails after an Ad Pack about your credit and refund dates. Reply "stop" to any follow-up and we won't send more.
- To answer you when you write to us.
We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't contact your clients.
When you edit an ad, rate it or tell us what's off, ADDVO learns what works. ADDVO is always learning: those lessons improve it for every customer and stay with ADDVO, even after you leave. What carries over is the lesson (for example, which headline styles or layouts work better), never your brand. Your brand name, research, product details, claims and ads are never shown to another customer or used in their ads.
4. Who helps us run ADDVO
These companies process data for us, only to provide ADDVO:
- Render hosts the app and stores its data, in the United States (Virginia).
- Stripe takes payments and runs the billing portal.
- Resend sends our emails, including login codes.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes research and ad copy. It receives your brand details and the text we read from public pages.
- Google (Gemini) makes ad images. It receives your product photos and logo and the image instructions.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google (Workspace) runs our email inbox, so anything you send to an addvo.ad address is stored there.
5. Cookies and browser storage
- One cookie:
addvo_session, set on app.addvo.ad only after you log in. It keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, so page scripts can't read it and other sites can't send it. - The app also saves a few settings (like your colour theme) and copies of its files and images in your browser so it loads faster. That stays on your device and isn't used for tracking.
- Stripe's checkout and billing pages set their own cookies, under Stripe's privacy policy.
- No advertising or analytics cookies, on the site or in the app.
6. How long we keep it
- Login codes: 10 minutes. Claim links: 30 days. Sessions: up to 30 days, or until you log out.
- Your account, brands and ads: while your account is open, and 90 days after it closes.
- Security log (IP addresses): 90 days.
- Backups: a daily copy of the app's disk, each kept 7 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Stripe keeps its own records under its own policy.
7. Seeing or deleting your data
Email hello@addvo.ad from your account's email address to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted. We'll confirm it's you, then delete your account, brands, ads and uploads within 30 days. Backups roll off within 7 days after that. We keep billing records the law requires. Export any ads you want to keep first.
8. Keeping it safe
- The app runs over HTTPS only.
- Login codes and session tokens are stored only as scrambled digests, so nothing saved on our servers can log anyone in.
- Login attempts are rate-limited, and each member can reach only their own brands, ads and files.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you by email.
9. Where ADDVO is offered
For now ADDVO is offered to businesses in the United States, and your data is stored in the United States. ADDVO isn't meant for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
